Fran Tosi Ward

Fran Tosi Ward limits her practice to representing individuals charged with OVI , felony drug cases and vehicular assault / vehicular homicide cases. Prior to joining The Koffel Law Firm, Ms. Ward was with the law firm of Crabbe, Brown & James (formerly Crabbe, Brown, Jones, Potts & Schmidt). She concentrated her practice in Insurance Defense Litigation where she defended insureds in automobile accident cases, schools and school boards that were sued due to student's injuries or discrimination/harassment, represented employers/employees being sued for discrimination or sexual harassment and attended hearings in local and state courts, as well as appearances before state and federal district courts.

Ms. Ward received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing, from The Ohio State University in 1987 and was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She received her J.D. in 1990 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She also attended a semester at Oxford University's Summer Law Program in Oxford, England.

Ms. Ward is married (T.A.) and has two children. She actively participates in various charities in her community and is active with the Upper Arlington Schools.
