Attorney Will Nesbitt has devoted his entire career to the defense of persons charged with criminal and traffic violations. Thousands of individuals have benefited from Mr. Nesbitt's expertise in these areas of practice. Mr. Nesbitt's career jump started after clerking for a Franklin County Municipal Judge. After seeing the courtroom from a judicial advantage point Mr. Nesbitt decided to pursue a career in criminal/traffic defense.

While studying law at Capital University Mr. Nesbitt worked part-time as a legal-intern with the Franklin County Public Defender's Office. Upon graduation and admission to the Ohio Bar, Mr. Nesbitt accepted a position as a staff attorney with the PD's office. Although one of the youngest attorneys in the office, Mr. Nesbitt quickly began to aggressively litigate and negotiate successful plea resolutions for his clients. It was the high volume of cases at the PD's office that afforded Mr. Nesbitt the opportunity to solve diverse legal issues. Mr. Nesbitt quickly gained a reputation for zealously and compassionately defending his clients.

Mr. Nesbitt routinely speaks at certified driver's intervention programs around the Columbus metropolitan area. In addition, Mr. Nesbitt has been a guest speaker on the topic of OVI/DUI law around central Ohio.

Mr. Nesbitt earned his bachelor's degree from Indiana University where he graduated with honors. He received his J.D. from Capital University Law School. While Mr. Nesbitt attended law school he was active in the legal fraternity Phi Alpha Delta and the Environmental Law Society.

Mr. Nesbitt is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL). He is also actively involved with the Kiwanis Club of Dublin.

Will is married to Laura, who is also a lawyer, and they have one daughter.
